My wife and I had a very nice stay. We had a freshly renovated room, good size for NYC. Front desk very helpful, chambermaid did a fine job but made a habit of knocking and opening the door before we answered every mid afternoon, that was a little annoying. Bell staff very friendly. Hotel was quiet, we were on 18th floor so little street noise. Location excellent for walking around mid-town.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to shopping, tourist attractions and subway. The entire hotel concierge staff was very helpful with excellent recommendations. One negative is the early morning noise of the construction project adjacent to the hotel .

01/29/2009Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. room was spacious and ver clean. will stay there again.
HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND VER CLEAN. wILL STAY THERE AGAIN.
