There were some good things and some not so good things about our stay at this Hilton. The location is good, right in the middle of the historic district. Our room was comfortable overall, particularly the beds and nice linens on them. The TVs in most hotels crack me up. They are nice high definition widescreen TVs...with basic analog non-high def cable. So the picture actually looks worse than if there were just an old Zenith sitting there. What a waste! Unfortunately, our bathroom was not clean. The shower curtain was covered in orange mildew/mold. We also noticed some things left behind by the previous occupants of the bathroom, namely a razor cover and a hair band clearly visible right near the sink. There was also a really bad "fish" smell outside of our room the whole time we were there. Upon investigating, we discovered a pretty major water leak just outside our room that had soaked the carpet and was causing wallpaper to peal from the walls. Luckily, the smell stayed in the hallway. Our customer service was generally good, with one exception. We found that the parking garage was completely full. We parked in the "overflow" lot a block away. Although not necessarily inconvenient, the overflow lot was not nearly as secured and I thought of our car often throughout the night. There are so many great hotels for a similar price, we probably won't stay here again.

Very convenient to Historic District. If you dont want to book a tour bus and want to see a lot of the area down to the waterfront, the Dot free public transport system is right by the hotel. Very convenient and runs until quite late in the evening. Had a corner room with breakfast and free parking package through travelocity and it was a great deal. We think maybe breakfasts at the weekend are better as the hotel is busier as our breakfast Friday morning compared to Saturday morning was poor in comparison. The buffet is continually stocked fresh on the Saturday morning. Room was very clean, beautiful view over the city and the balcony provided a table and chairs which was great. We were on the 9th florr and had no problem with bugs at all day or night and they love to eat me normally. So the balcony was very usable. Decor was nice, nicely furnished and having lower back problems I generally have to take my pillow with me to compensate for the mattress but I forgot it and I had a great sleep and woke up pain free. The mattresses seem to be orthopaedic/memory foam so it was perfect. Pool area very clean, service was excellent, very helpful from reception, bar, maid service. Cannot say a bad word about the hotel even if I try. Very quiet at night and it got busy on the Fridy night and we had children in rooms near us and for a hotel the noise was minimal. Wonderful expaerience and even though next time we could probably book well in advance and get a hotel on the waterfront due to the Hilton ticking every box I would stay there again definately.

My room was small for the price they charge. The one chair was the most uncomfortable that I have ever tried to use. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The mattress was so soft that I had a backache for days. The hallway was very noisy with children running up and down until after midnight. The TV only had a limited number of stations. And to think that I could have stayed in any number of nicer places for a lot less money. This can't really be a Hilton...

From walking in to the front desk to the bell-person putting me in the cab back to the airport everyone was friendly and helpful. Requested services were attended to very quickly. It was clean. It was comfortable. The location was great in relation to city sight-seeing. Cabs were also readily available. What more could one want from a place to stay?

It's a great hotel and location for the Disnet trip. The hotel had plenty of room, lots of 'Mickey' subconscious advertising. The theme resort was reminescent of the century's. Plenty of space to entertain yourself in the property. as with any Disney resorts, you can visit the other properties and see where you want to stay next time. Would definitely stay there again.Food availability at the cafeteria were very limited. Its very expensive for an average cafeteria type food. Pool was warm even in April. Defintely try other restaurants in the area...make reservations!
